Price Information and general terms and conditions
- Our prices are quoted in Euro (€) per person per day. These apply to the selected meal plan, whether it's half-board or bed and breakfast buffet, for a minimum stay of 4 days.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the accommodations or common areas.
- Upon request, a garage parking space can be reserved for a fee. This is located 200 meters from the hotel.

- In the evening, you can choose between two 4-course menus, complemented by a salads buffet and appetizers.
- The rooms are cleaned daily to always offer you a pleasant environment.

- We provide a ski cellar for your ski equipment.
Children's Rates
Discounts in an extra bed in the parents' room with at least 2 paying adults:
- Ages 2-4 years: -50%
- Ages 5-7 years: -30%
- Ages 8-12 years: -25%
Please note that our hotel is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
Supplements
- The local tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day is added to the indicated prices for people aged 14 and over. The tax will be paid on departure together with the hotel bill, where it is listed separately.
- Short Stay
- 1 day: +40% surcharge;
- 2 days: +30% surcharge;
- 3 days: +20% surcharge;
- From 4 days: standard daily rate.
- Garage parking: €10/night.
Pets
- We trust your understanding that our hotel does not accept pets.
Arrivals and Departures
- The rooms are reserved from 1 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM on the day of departure.
Booking Guarantee
- A reservation is only considered binding once we have received the agreed deposit and you have received a written confirmation from us.
- Please transfer the deposit within 24 hours of your reservation request by bank transfer.

Payment Terms
For the payment of your bill, we offer the following payment options:
- We accept credit cards, except for Diners Club and American Express.
- If you wish to pay by cheque, please present it on the day after your arrival for redemption.
- Payment by bank transfer must be completed before your arrival.
Cash payments are accepted up to an amount of €5,000.00. For higher amounts or remaining sums, we ask you to either pay by credit card or cheque or to settle the amount in advance by bank transfer. Guests from non-EU countries, such as Russia and Switzerland, may also pay higher amounts in cash.
Cancellation Conditions
(in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 of the Consumer Protection Act, Part III, Title III, para. (I):
Of course, cancellations are not pleasant for anyone, but unexpected events are not always avoidable.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, there is no entitlement to a right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we would like to present our cancellation policy to you as follows:
For all other cases:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: refund of 80% of the deposit.
- Fewer than 60 to 30 days before arrival: loss of deposit;
- Fewer than 30 to 8 days before arrival: payment of 60% of the total amount.
- Fewer than 8 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, fewer people than booked or in case of a no-show: payment of 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out the following insurance for cancellation, interruption of travel and delayed start of travel.
